THE STATE is a print journal and sociohistorical forum based out of Dubai, U.A.E. Hala’s skin color is between a green and blue hue; she smacks her lips with bright red, grooms her hair and wears golden earrings. She is also short-tempered, serves as a cultural attache about Qatar and the Middle East (just like Al Jazeera) and is famed for her sharp, witty and smart attitude.
